We are often so caught up in providing the solution that we can’t see it’s the wrong solution.  I’ve found this especially true with men versus women leaders.  By God men just want to jump right to the solution without asking the right questions of it first.  Though the article doesn’t bring up this dispartity, it is hard-hitting nontheless.
