Just last week I had to formalize a complaint to the Chicago Symphony Orchestra because they were dismissing my attempts to stop them from calling my cell phone for random fundraising.  I’d purchased a ticket to a jazz concert at Symphony Hall (not the CSO), and they called me no less than 20 times.  Even after repeated requests to have them stop. Ouch!  So do phonathons still work?  I think as long as real program staff (not disconnected contractors) are doing the calling, likely yes. What do you think?
